CRAIG G. SCHEINER

As founder of Sun Berry Partners, Craig has successfully developed and managed financial programs and budgets and uses his skills in assisting many successful teams, which adds value to client's assets. He has over 40 years of experience in leadership and management of real estate, which includes asset management, tenant/broker coordination, public relations, land development, development, construction over-sight, capital improvements, acquisition, consulting, repositioning of commercial office, commissioning of high-rise and mid-rise buildings, along with institutional schools and industrial properties.

Currently consulting for Cushman & Wakefield and Notre Dame Preparatory School. Recently consulted for Konterra Realty LLC, C/W of Maryland, Loyola Blakefield, He served as a past president of BOMA.
